We specialise in the supply of Sweet Potatoes and Butternut Squash and can also provide these peeled and prepared. We have worked hard to develop a strong partnership with our growers and suppliers to ensure that we have the highest quality products all year round from all over the world.

Our sweet potatoes are sourced from the USA, Egypt and the EU depending on time of year and availability.
Sweet potatoes are planted as “slips” and grown on until mature then harvested by hand.
We have a transparent supply chain. All sweet potatoes are Global Gap certified. All our growers have SEDEX, approved ethical and sustainability polices.
We can provide full traceability from planting to final destination.

Butternut
Our Butternut is sourced from South Africa, Portugal and Spain depending on time of year and availability.
Butternut is grown from seed when the soil temperature is higher than 10 degrees. For early butternut small plants that have been grown in greenhouses can be sometimes planted out
